Why does my yahoo music launch gets the pop-up blocker warnig sign every time I start?

When I click in my music launch or ready to download software from Yahoo pages, I get my pop-up blocker warning message appear in window and I my blocker is not set ON. only when I use it as needed.

1. It's because it is an open link to the net & u need to click on your pop-up blocker to OK the lauchcast to play.
