why doesnt my sound work on yahoo launch music?

my sound works for everything else except when i try to access to yahoo launch music. Can someone tell me why? thanks

1. its happened to me, like i had the sound volume on launch turned down all the way lol and i didnt know so i was looking and figured it out & i was like OHHHH. haha. hope i helped! :)
