Legal to use Yahoo! Launch or other online streaming music in office building/condo buildling?

I am looking for someone with legal background and hopefully legal sources (references) to tell me if its legal to connect a computer to play music from yahoo launch and play it throughout a buildling's pool, fitness area, lobby, etc. Is there any difference between playing Yahoo! Launch or an FM Radio station? I could'nt find anything in Yahoo's Terms/Conditions. Thanks in advance.

1. Of course its legal, its like a radio staion.
2. Technically, it would depend on whatever company your playing the music for's policy. If it's all good, then it should be fine. Yahoo! Launch or the Radio station would be just the same as listening to it by yourself. ~El-Matto
