How to re-rate a song on Yahoo music launch?

- go to the help section
- There are a few different ways. All of these ways require you to go the music.yahoo.com website and sign in under your ID. 1- Use the Search Music field to search for the song by title. A list of songs will be shown that match your title. Select the one you want by clicking on the song title. That will bring up a screen with the song and a rating widget. Click to give it the new rating you want it to have. Drawback: if the song has been recorded a number of times or if the title is common, it may be difficult to find the exact track that you rated earlier. 2- Same as #1, except search for the album that the song is on. Then click the song title once you found the album you want. Sometimes, it is easier to find your song this way. 3- Same as #2, except search for the artist that does the song. Then navigate to the album, and rerate from there. Sometimes this is the easiest way to find your song. 4- If you heard the song recently, it may still be listed under your "recently played songs". Click that link from your station's web page at music.yahoo.com. If the song appears, you can rerate it from there. 5- This way is probably the most tedious, but you can click on Songs under Edit from your station's Edit page. You can scroll through all of your rated songs and make changes there. If you have lots of ratings, this won't be a good option. 6- Just for completeness, if you previously rated the song highly, it will eventually play on your station again. You can rerate it when it appears in your player again. If you don't want to use music.yahoo.com, you can rerate from YME if you can find the song there. By the way, if you want to unrate a song, simply double click on the rating widget. The rating will go away.
