- The problem is because you don't have enough bandwidth to stream all the media in time. The only obvious fix is to purchase faster internet service. Another option you might try is change the buffering time on your media player to something higher (like if it's 30 seconds, change it to 1 minute to give it more time to download and buffer data).
- As things are downloaded for playing, they are written into available memory and start when a certain amount is in the memory. Two things regulate the data flow. First is the speed of hte connection. If it is a dialup and you try to watch high quality of video, there is no way the download can keep up with the portion displayed. Second is the amout of memory that is available for storage. If you have several icon on the right taskbar, then a lot of your memory is being consumed for unneeded standby. You can clean them out through the startup or through the options in the program. Also, how many background programs do you have open doing nothing. multiple IE, Word processor, spreadsheets, etc. If all else is good, the only other solution is more memory.
