yahoo music launch-cast not working?

yahoo musice launchcast not working on my yahoo messenger ....what is exactlly the problem .... shall i install some program or what ???

Well i think you should redownload the messenger because there might be an error while you were downloading it but be sure to uninstall the last one like this: 1) Click on start 2) Select Control Panel 3) Choose add/removing programs 4) And finally find the messenger and click on it and unstall it.
